Ronald C. Barr is a pioneering leader in the geothermal energy sector, best known for founding and guiding Earth Power Resources, Inc. (EPR) through major geothermal project development across Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Oregon. Serving as President of EPR from 2000 to 2015 and later of Earth Power Resources, LLC until 2019, Barr played a pivotal role in advancing nearly four decades of geothermal exploration. His expertise in integrating geological, geochemical, and geophysical data has been central to identifying high-potential geothermal zones, earning him recognition for both technical acumen and strategic vision.
In 2014, U.S. Geothermal Inc. acquired Earth Power Resources, including its extensive 26,017-acre Nevada lease portfolio and comprehensive resource database. Barr supported a stock-based transaction to ensure enduring value for the company’s assets. Beyond geothermal energy, he has a longstanding record of entrepreneurial leadership dating back to Earth Power Corp. in 1974, with ventures including Grace Geothermal Corp. and Yankee Power Inc. He continues to shape the energy and resources industry through Partners Gold Company, Inc., pursuing investment opportunities in precious minerals exploration.

Williams is currently retired, active with various personal investments. His recent career has been with Hunt Patton & Brazeal, a consulting firm focused on acquisitions and executive recruiting in the energy, environmental, mining and infrastructure industries. Clients are primarily the engineering, construction, manufacturing and O&M firms serving those industries. Williams was vice-president and partner, responsible for company administrative functions, accounting and legal, and financial analysis of acquisition candidates.
Previously Williams served as Chief Operating Officer of Plymouth Pharmaceuticals, where he managed the original capital raise, FDA registration, contract manufacturing, and market penetration of homeopathic drugs developed by Dr. Steven Smith.
Williams has over 30 years of experience in financial consulting, venture capital and investment management, and management of development stage companies and partnerships, in numerous industries, including commercial real estate development, chemicals, oil and gas, geothermal energy, trucking, commercial food product ingredients, pharmaceuticals, optical product manufacture, and laser manufacturing. Williams also has expertise in bankruptcy and turnaround management and financial reorganizations, as well as real estate development and financing. In his career he has served as President of NTC of America (trucking), Managing Partner of the Kensington Company ($100 million commercial real estate development), the Riverside Company ($120 million land development project), and the HIM Company (investment fund). He has also served on the Board of Directors of United Bank, Commercial National Bank, Optronics Inc., Consolidated Foods, and Lexel Lasers.
Williams served 5 years in the US Navy. Part of his training involved receiving a Master’s Degree in nuclear engineering from the Westinghouse Bettis Atomic Power Laboratories. His naval career was spent on the staff of Admiral Rickover administering the naval nuclear power program. His specific duties culminated in directing the team
developing standardized contract terms and specifications for the procurement of submarine nuclear power plant cores. Williams education also included receiving an MBA from Stanford University in 1973 and BS in Mechanical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Yale University in 1966.

Regina Molloy is a seasoned geoscientist with 30 years of multi-commodity experience spanning Archean gold, porphyry copper-gold, sedimentary copper, uranium, iron ore (BIF and itabirite), coal, potash, MVT lead-zinc, cobalt, lithium, hydrothermal manganese, and graphite. Her technical expertise covers the full mine-development lifecycle from early-stage exploration through to mine studies and resource-to-reserve conversion, with a strong emphasis on discovery, project evaluation, and due diligence for investment decisions. She has worked across diverse geological terrains and jurisdictions in Australia, the Americas, Africa, and beyond, managing large-scale exploration programs, drill campaigns, geophysics and geochemistry integration, and database systems. Regina is currently based in Reno, Nevada with NV Resources, focusing on discovering and developing mineral resources, and providing technical advisory services to publicly listed and venture capital-backed mining companies.
Throughout her career, Regina has contributed to several high-value mineral discoveries and resource development projects, including major iron-ore delineation programs in the Pilbara for BHP, the Chimborazo Cu-Au porphyry project in Chile (now part of BHP’s La Escondida operations), the Cadia Far East porphyry system in NSW, and the Centenary East Deeps discovery at Darlot Gold Mine in Western Australia. She has also led feasibility and DFS-level work for graphite and potash projects, managed a large-scale potash exploration program in Ethiopia, and overseen resource growth at the Sandman gold project in Nevada. Regina’s career reflects a proven ability to generate exploration targets, manage technical teams and budgets, and deliver robust mineral resource and mine-development outcomes compliant with reporting standards, positioning her as a competent and highly experienced professional in geology, mining, and exploration..

Founder & Executive in Geothermal and Mineral Development
Brian Fairbank is a Canadian geoscientist and engineer with more than 40 years of experience in geothermal and mineral exploration and development across North America, South America, and East Africa. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1973 and was a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia from 1978 to 2019. In 1986, he founded Fairbank Engineering Ltd., building an international geothermal consulting practice focused on high-temperature resource exploration and reservoir evaluation. He later founded Nevada Geothermal Power Inc. and served as its President, CEO, and Director from 2002 to 2018, leading the company from early-stage exploration through full-scale project development and commercial power production.
Under his leadership, Nevada Geothermal Power discovered and developed the Blue Mountain geothermal system in Nevada—recognized as the first new geothermal discovery in the western United States in approximately two decades—and brought the 49.5 MW “Faulkner 1” geothermal power plant into commercial operation in Humboldt County. He directed all phases of the project, including deep resource drilling, reservoir confirmation, plant engineering, power purchase agreements, transmission interconnection, and complex project financing, positioning the company as a significant independent geothermal power producer. Since 2019, he has served as an Independent Advisor in geothermal and mineral exploration and has contributed to public geoscience initiatives, including service on the Technical Advisory Committee for Geoscience BC.

Minerals exploration and geothermal energy development
Oklahoma native John A. Brock launched a distinguished career in the energy and resource sectors after earning a B.S. in Geological Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1953. Following service in the U.S. Army Artillery in Korea, he entered the oil industry with Shell Oil Company in 1955. Brock later held leadership roles across exploration and production companies, including executive vice president of LVO Corporation, president of Southport Exploration, and chairman of Medallion Petroleum, Inc. and Brighton Energy, LLC, where he oversaw strategic development of oil, gas, and mineral resources.
In addition to his professional achievements, Brock supported the advancement of energy and mining expertise through philanthropy. He endowed the Brock Chair of Energy Economics and Policy and the John A. Brock Endowed Chair in Engineering Leadership at the University of Oklahoma, promoting innovation in resource management. His contributions to the industry and education were recognized with his induction into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.

Matt Brown is a technology and investment executive with experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio management. He currently serves in senior leadership roles at Exela Technologies, a global provider of business process automation, enterprise software, and digital transformation solutions. Brown joined the company in 2017 as Global Head of Business Strategy, where he led major strategic initiatives including digital transformation efforts, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations across Exela’s global operations. He later became President of ETI-MNA, the company’s investment portfolio management entity responsible for identifying acquisition targets, managing portfolio companies, and executing strategic asset sales and capital-raising initiatives. In 2023, he was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer, helping oversee financial performance and initiatives designed to enhance long-term shareholder value.
Prior to joining Exela, Brown spent roughly a decade at HandsOn Global Management, a private investment and advisory firm, where he ultimately served as Senior Vice President. In that role, he led corporate strategy and executed the full M&A lifecycle for portfolio companies, including acquisitions, integrations, recapitalizations, and operational transformations totaling more than $4 billion in equity and debt transactions. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of California, San Diego, graduating summa cum laude. His background combines technical training with deep experience in corporate finance, strategic investment, and operational leadership across technology-enabled services businesses.

Mr. Beling is a Registered Professional Mining Engineer with 62 years of project and corporate experience. He has served as a director on the boards of 15 mining companies starting in 1981, including three that were top ten performers on the TSX Exchange. His previous employment and consulting included 14 years with five major mining companies and then 48 years with 30+ US and Canadian juniors. Mr. Beling has examined, significantly reviewed, or been directly involved with 91 underground mines, 136 open pit mines and 174 process plants in the global metal, energy mineral and critical mineral sectors. Below is a summary of experience and accomplishments for the past 22 years.
He was a Director from 2011 to April 2026 of NioCorp Developments Ltd. (NASDAQ:NB) whose critical minerals project in Nebraska has a Net Present Value of $1.2 billion. From 2020 – 2024 he was Sr. Consultant and Strategic Advisor to Athena Gold Corp. (OTC and CSE). He is also a Strategic Advisor to Partners Gold Corp. starting in mid-2023 and became a Director and Sr. Consultant of Mojave Gold Corp (Private) in September 2025.
From 2011 to 2020 he was the CEO, President, Director & GM of Bullfrog Gold Corp. (OTC:QB; CSE). In mid-2015, he acquired 155 miles of drill data and adjacent strategic lands and mines from Barrick Gold. By 2017, resource estimates had grown from zero to 525,000 ounces of gold, before further exploration drilling was conducted. Completed a 2-year test program that increased gold recoveries from 72% to 86% by using high pressure grinding rolls for a proposed 8,000 ton/day heap leach plant. Closed a transaction in 2020 that replaced corporate management, acquired all Barrick’s remaining adjacent lands and raised C$23 million. In 2021 the company was re-named Augusta Gold Corp and in October 2025 Anglo Gold acquired Augusta for C$ 197 million.
As Executive Vice Pres. & COO of Geovic Mining Corp. (TSXV; OTCBB) from 2004-2010, he directed mine and process development of a proposed US $700+ million, world-class cobalt-nickel project in Cameroon, Africa. Engaged and directed the contractors that completed environmental, geotechnical, mining, and processing studies, including a final feasibility study. Discovered and developed a reductive acid-leach process that lowered risks, costs, and environmental impacts. Drove the physical upgrading programs that nearly tripled the ore grade. Spearheaded a 2006 TSX public listing and delivered the presentations that raised C$112 million. Performed and later directed investor relations which grew the market capitalization to US $460 million by mid-2007.
